PAAL- Payroll As A License- Is a web base application can be hosted on customer server or web server. Comes with Multi Login facility. This is one time license sell to end customer. AMC is applicable after one year of sell. All Statutory norms are already preconfigured, user can also modify rates and configurations as per the usage.

Online Submissions: PF ECR, ESIC Online Submission, TDS ITNS 281 challan & 24QR, Form 16 All online submission files are automatically populated and user does not need to consult any consultant, the files can be uploaded directly to respective sites.

Universal Configurations: The software is so built that all clients have the same software and each of them configure/ fine tune it the way they wish to. User can set deduction values, define different slab rates, apply formulae and the system behaves as defined by user and all this can be done either at employee level or class level or at company level. Employee can be made inactive for stop salary calculation or user can hold salary of an employee. Employee™s qualification and previous employment details can also be set. User can also maintain service log of an employee so that new HR can view history of employee service and can be helpful for appraisal. Full and Final Settlement In Payroll Full and final settlement of an employee can be initiated Gratuity can be given. Encashment of paid leaves possible and remaining salary can be computed. Employee™s unpaid bonus and previous year™s due are calculated. If company wishes he can discard any month™s bonus. A full and final settlement statement is printed.

Access Control: Payroll can be accessed simultaneously by multiple users from different locations for this by default admin user is created, password of which can be changed. Admin can create unlimited user logins. Admin can restrict use of the software to a particular user by enabling/disabling functionalities. Tracking of activities possible. Critical activities by users can also be monitored. This gives complete peace of mind.

One Click operations: Payroll generates, mails, exports and prints reports on a single click. You can do so branch-wise, department-wise, employee-type wise. Trial Audit: In Payroll Trial Audit can be generated before saving the salary as saving salary freezes the salaries which cannot be then changed. Trial Audit helps in reviewing the salary and any errors if found can be corrected before finalizing salary. Once salary saved it cannot be changed/ manipulated.

Month Locking: In Payroll after salary is saved the salaries get locked but the month gets locked only after month is freezed. System warns user before month locking with a report of employees whose salary is not saved. So if an employee™s salary was not saved for some reason then the salary can be computed again before month locking.
